IN-STORE PICK-UP

Choosing to collect your purchase in one of our 38 shops. Shop worker will contact you as soon as your purchase will be in the shop and will ask you to receive it.

Price: free of charge.

Delivery time*: 1-5 days.

DIRECT DELIVERY

This service is available only in Riga. Our worker will deliver your purchase to the specified address.

Price: 3 EUR.

Delivery time*: 2-3 business days. Delivery in Riga is free of charge, if value of the purchase is above 35 EUR.

OMNIVA

We offer to collect your parcel in any of OMNIVA parcel machines throughout Latvia (see the parcel machine addresses HERE), Lithuania and Estonia.

Price: Latvia - 2,50 EUR, Lithuania and Estonia - 5,50 EUR.

Delivery time*: 2-3 business days.

COURIER SERVICE

We recommend to choose courier services for deliveries in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The purchase will be delivered to the specified address.

Price: Latvia – 5 EUR, Lithuania and Estonia - 7 EUR.

Delivery time*: 2-5 business days.

LATVIJAS PASTS

Your purchase will be delivered to your address with the help of Latvijas Pasts.

Delivery price: will be specified while processing your order.

Delivery time*: 3-7 business days.

CROSS-BORDER MAIL SERVICES 

You may receive your purchase abroad. The purchase will be delivered to your address using cross-border mail services.

1. Standard offer. It will be provided using Latvijas Pasts services.
Price: will be specified while processing your order.
Delivery time*: 15-30 days.

2. FedEx International Courier and Shipping Services.
Price: will be specified while processing your order.
Delivery time*: 5-14 days.

We’ll do our best to provide the best delivery time. However if the shipping is going to be delayed due to technical or unforeseen reasons, we’ll let you know by contacting you via e-mail.

Orders are being processed by our staff on business days from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm. If the order is made in different time then it is processed during the next business day. If we will have any questions, we’ll contact you in order to clarify uncertainties. Just make your order, choose the delivery form and we’ll take care of the rest.
