It’s been more than 10 years since Janis Roze Ltd CUSTOMER CARDS were launched. During this period of time the design and functionality of the card has changed from a simple cardboards mini card to an elegant plastic card with a magnetic stripe and a bar code with the help of which Loyal Customer is recognized.

Our CUSTOMER CARD offers 10%* off your purchase in all JANIS ROZE bookstores and also some special offers both in our bookstores and with our business partners..

CUSTOMER CARD is open-ended. In case of a damage which troubles its use in the shop (f.e. damaged magnetic strip, scraped off bar code etc.) the card will be exchanged with a new one free of charge.

CUSTOMER CARD can be purchased in any of JANIS ROZE bookstores. It costs EUR 7.00.

When buying a card one has to fill in an inquiry form where there has to be a card number written (written in by a salesperson) as well as user’s name, surname and contact information. It is also possible to note, if you want to get JANIS ROZE bookstore newsletters.

In case if the card is lost or the period of validity runs out, it is possible to renew it by coming to a bookstore and filling in an inquiry form. Renewal fee is EUR 2.50.
